A job search
without tabs and spreadsheets.
A kanban board, an interview schedule, a Telegram bot, spreadsheet import, and search analytics. Forward a link to the bot — the card appears on the board by itself, with company, role and salary.

Four small things that derail even an organised job seeker
If at least two ring a bell — JobTracker puts the search back under control instead of scattered across tabs.
- 01
Listings scattered across sources
LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram channels, email, a spreadsheet. Keeping it all in your head is impossible.
- 02
Interviews and follow-ups slip
A rescheduled call, a promised reply to a recruiter, a take-home task — without reminders they quietly disappear.
- 03
Manual entry is too slow
Pasting the link, description and company takes 2–3 minutes. So most applications never make it to the tracker.
- 04
No visibility into the funnel
How many sent, where you're stuck, which channel actually delivers offers — without the picture you can't tell what's working.
Six tools
to keep the search moving
Each one shortens the distance between “saw the listing” and “reached the offer.”
Drag a card — progress becomes tangible
From wishlist to offer. Seven default stages or your own columns to match your pipeline (“Take-home”, “Final”, anything — up to 20). Search, company filter and tags are all there. The days-in-column badge will quietly highlight cards that are stuck.

Interviews, follow-ups, deadlines and feedback on one grid. Nine days — the current week plus the start of next — so you don't double-book a slot that's already taken. Call link sits inside the event card.

Forward a link — forget manual entry
From a channel, a recruiter chat, DMs. The bot recognises hh.ru, LinkedIn, Habr Career, SuperJob, Dream Job and most employer career sites — pulls company, role, link, salary and sets the source.
One XLSX from Notion or Sheets — in a minute
Upload a file with up to 500 rows — we will try to map the columns automatically (company, position, source, status, tags, stage dates). You can define rules for coloured rows: yellow → tag “rejected”, green → status “offer”.
See which channels actually work
KPIs for the period, a stage funnel with drop-offs, conversion and time-to-final by source, where rejections come from. Not for decoration — so you can decide whether to keep sending cold applications or double down on referrals.

Description, salary, location, tags, a dedicated recruiter-contact field, comments, full stage history. Two weeks later you'll still remember why you passed on Globex, not “something about salary, maybe.”

Add listings
Two ways: forward links to the bot as you find them, or import an XLSX from your existing spreadsheet in one batch. Cards land in the right columns automatically.

Move cards across stages, log events, get reminders. After 2–3 weeks open Analytics — you'll see the funnel, conversion and the channels that actually bring offers.

Minimal interface.
Maximum focus on your search.
Three screens: the board (with custom columns if you need them), the week schedule, and search analytics. All of it works on mobile too.

обновлено 2 мин назадThe most hated part of tracking —
one forward away.
The bot parses the message, creates the card and puts it on the board. Source, link, company, salary — all pulled in automatically.
- Forward a message from a channel, recruiter chat or DM
- The bot recognises hh.ru, LinkedIn, Habr Career, SuperJob, Dream Job and most employer career sites — pulls company, role and salary
- Type “interview at Acme tomorrow at 3pm” — the bot creates the event and moves the card to the right stage
- Daily summary at your chosen time, plus reminders from 5 minutes to a day before (several at once)
- 30 minutes after an interview it asks how it went — your reply lands straight in the card's notes
Free for now. We're in early access and use this time to gather feedback before we feel right charging for it.
In settings you get a personal link, open it in Telegram — the bot binds to your account. After that, forward a job link to the bot and it creates a card on the board. Or type “interview with Acme tomorrow at 3pm” to schedule an event right from the chat.
Yes. Seven default stages — from Wishlist to Closed. In settings you can rename any system column, add your own (Take-home, Final, anything), and drag to reorder. Up to 20 columns; you can restore defaults at any time.
KPIs for the period (total, in progress, offers, rejections, median and average time to final), a stage funnel with drop-offs, conversion and timing per source, which stages produce the most rejections, and a weekly trend. Period — from a week to three months, or custom.
Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes (bcrypt), sessions are JWT-based. Only you can access your data with your credentials.
Only what you enter or forward to the bot: listings, notes, events, settings. No third-party trackers, no ads, no data resale.
Export it to XLSX and drop it into Import — we will try to map columns, tags, and stage dates automatically. Up to 500 rows at a time. Five minutes later your whole archive is on the board, ready to compare.
Bring your job search
into one calm place.
Stop carrying it all in your head. Start with one listing — and watch the search stop feeling like chaos.
